コンニャクセラミドとは?

コンニャクセラミドは、機能性食品や化粧品の有効成分です。臨床研究では、ヒトの体内に含まれるセラミドの含有量は加齢とともに減少することが示されており、特にセラミドはしばしば顔や手に補充されます。コンニャクセラミドの応用研究は、スキンケア製品、洗髪製品、入浴製品から、生理機能を持つ製品、応用価値のある医薬品へと広がっています。

こんにゃくセラミド化合物は、セラミド、グリコスフィンゴ脂質、スフィンゴミエリンから構成される。分子式はc38h75no5で、名前はn- (l-ヒドロキシメチル-2-ヒドロキシ)-3-オクタデカレン-2,4-ヒドロキシ-19脂肪酸アミドである。コンニャクは、糖スフィンゴ脂質セラミドとスフィンゴミエリンセラミドの5つの異性体を含む。スフィンゴミエリン(sphingomyelin)は、セラミドの1-ヒドロキシ基とホスホコリン(リン酸)をエステル結合で結合させたスフィンゴミエリン化合物の一種である。
