コンニャクセラミドとは?

セラミドは、長鎖脂肪酸とスフィンゴミエリンのアミノ基が脱水して形成されるアミド化合物である。主なものはセラミドホスホリルコリンとセラミドホスファチジルエタノールアミンであり、リン脂質は細胞膜の主要な構成要素です。角質層の皮脂の40 ~ 50%には、細胞間マトリックスの主要な部分であるセラミドが含まれています。それは角質層の水分のバランスを維持するために重要な役割を果たしています。セラミドは水分子と強く結合し、角層に網目状の構造を形成することで、肌のうるおいを維持します。したがって、セラミドは肌のうるおいを維持することができます。

Konjac ceramide contains two long-chain hydrocarbon groups and two to three hydroxyl groups that make it hydrophobic and hydrophilic at the same time, a property that is important for its water-retaining effect in the stratum corneum.
