ガラクトオリゴ糖粉末とは?
オリゴ糖などGalacto粉は、straight-chainやオリゴ糖分かれから形成乳糖を原料とし、動作のβ-galactosidase、9障壁と1を介して端末ブドウ糖β−1、3β−1、4β−1、6 glycosidic連動。オリゴガラクトースは水溶性が良く、その甘さはスクロースの0.3 ~ 0.6倍である。耐酸性と耐熱性があり、ph 3と160を15分間保つと変性しない。
