Beneficial for Joint Degeneration

A study in a rabbit model of osteoarthritis highlighted the role of a combined solution of chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, sodium hyaluronate, and natural type II collagen in maintaining joint health. When natural non-denatured type II collagen was added to the glucosamine solution, articular cartilage degradation was significantly reduced and cartilage appearance and structure improved. The joint condition of the natural non-denatured type II collagen experimental group was also closer to that of healthy joints compared to the control group.

May Improve Knee Discomfort

In a randomized controlled study exploring the efficacy of natural non-denatured type II collagen in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, a three-month intervention (with paracetamol) significantly improved pain compared to a paracetamol-only group.
