凍結乾燥ピタヤ粉末は、新鮮で熟したドラゴンフルーツを選別し、洗浄、圧搾、濾過、清浄、殺菌、濃縮、低温凍結・真空乾燥、低温粉砕、ふるい、計量、包装、試験などのいくつかの工程を経て得られた微細な粉末です。この過程で天然の栄養素とドラゴンフルーツの色と味がそのまま保存され、常温で長期間保存できる。ドラゴンフルーツ本来の自然の栄養分や色、味を保存し、常温で長期保存することができます。
